Is security required for our event?

For events that serve alcohol for a three hour duration and above require security guards. An event with 100 guests in attendance requires two security guards and one security guard for every additional 50 guests.

What time can we have access to the event room?

Access to the space is 30 minutes prior and with 30 minutes post event. We understand additional time is sometimes required to set up so will always do our best to offer additional time wherever possible.

Can we bring in theming?

You are most welcome to theme any of the event spaces including The Pool Deck.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely, all dietary requirements are easily catered for. These requirements would need to be advised no less than one week prior to the even

Does your hotel permit outside catering?

All food and beverage is supplied by the hotel, we unfortunately do not allow for any outside catering.

Do you offer AV equipment?

Yes, all of our event rooms offer inbuilt screens and data projectors. There is also additional AV equipment available on request. The hotel also offers complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel.

Will someone be able to assist with connecting my laptop to the data projector?

Each event will have an Event manager assigned and this person can assist with connecting your laptop and help get you started. For any event that has a great deal of technical requirements, it is recommended an AV technician is arranged for the duration of the event.

Is there a charge for WiFi?

WiFi is complimentary throughout the hotel, in both accommodation rooms and event rooms.

Is there on site parking available?

There are 40 on site car parks available at $25.00 per day. Car parks cannot be reserved and are subject to availability.
